Warehouse conversion on Sixth, expansion at Nashville West, and power-system upgrade at Vanderbilt

A conversion of Vanderbilt University's power house will begin with a $1.8 million initial phase, including relocation of storm and sewer lines, demolition of existing structures, and installation of an underground fuel system. Messer has the contract.

Another round for Nashville West

The Parkes Co. Inc. has the $976,000 contract to build a multi-tenant shell located at 6702 Charlotte Pike at Nashville West.

The Skillery on Sixth

Nashville co-working space The Skillery is headed for Germantown. Steelhead Building Group pulled a $795,000 permit to split a warehouse located at 1623 Sixth Ave. N. into five tenant spaces. The Skillery will take one of those spaces (about 8,000 square feet worth), built out for $304,000. One of the other spaces will go to Pro Vita Fitness Center (a $275,000 job).
