Upgrades for the Sheraton

The hotel upgrade boom continues with upgrades to the lobby and Union Street entrance of the Sheraton, a $750,000 job from Winter Construction, plus another $2.5 million overhaul that includes other public spaces such as the bar and meeting spaces.

Bass Berry adds on at the Pinnacle

Bass Berry & Sims will take space on the 22nd floor — more than 10,000 square feet in a $419,000 build-out —  and, in a separate $50,000 job, add partitions and upgrade lighting and data infrastructure on the 23rd and 24th floors at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. Thomas Constructors has the contract.

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon house (pictured in rendering) at Vanderbilt University is getting a $1 million upgrade, to include a new roof, from Wieck Construction.

Tri Star's new digs

Sports and music management firm Tri Star will get a new 12,000-square-foot office at 11 Music Circle South after an undisclosed amount of work from Shaub.
