Hospital upgrades

Harvest Construction will renovate 13,656 square feet on the fourth floor of TriStar Skyline Medical Center's Madison campus for adolescent psychiatric care. The project will total $1.37 million. Similarly, Turner Universal will replace two cooling tower cells at Baptist Hospital's energy plant at a cost of $1.058 million.

Electrified at the Ryman

A-1 Signs will install electric signs on the Fifth Avenue side of the Ryman. The new flashy elements will cost $34,000.

Prepping at Pine Street

Harvest will prep the retail tenant space at Pine Street Flats (pictured). The work on the white box space comes in at $470,000.

Stowe away

Flow Construction will rehab 3,000-plus square feet of Lipscomb University's Stowe Auditorium at a cost of $302,000.

Wade in

The former Wade School at 5022 Old Hydes Ferry — located near the intersection of Ashland City Highway and Old Hickory Boulevard — is getting $490,000 in work and a neighborhood landmark classification.
