Nashville State in Antioch, projects at City Center and Saint Thomas, and more...

Nashville State at Hickory Hollow

Southland has the $4 million permit for work at the former Hickory Hollow Mall for Nashville State's Southeast Campus in the former Dillard's space. This is the second phase of the build-out for the community college in Antioch.

City Center work

DWC will rehab 3,073 square feet for Bone McAllester Norton at the Nashville City Center. The job totals $220,000. DWC also the $57,000 contract to prep space at City Center for the "Governor's Health & Fitness office space."

Big projects at Saint Thomas

Turner Universal pulled two permits for work at Saint Thomas last week. The first rehabs 6,000 square feet on the first and second floor for $800,000; the second preps office space for Tennessee Oncology for $1.6 million.

Farm House finish-out

The Farm House restaurant on the first floor of the Encore will get its $425,000 finish-out work from Durham.

That's a lot of $10 sandwiches

The Belmont area is getting a McAlister's Deli. Ryzec will rehab the former Red Mango space — the chain hasn't been in town that long — for $260,000 for the sandwich joint.
