Ingram Content Group will get a new CFO in the coming week after longtime executive Frank Kerrigan steps aside as part of a retirement plan.
Kerrigan, who joined what is now Ingram Content in 1994, has been CFO of the publishing services company since 1996. Effective July 1, he will move into a senior vice president role, making way for Brian Dauphin.
Dauphin is senior VP both of Ingram Content as a whole as well as its Lightning Source unit, which provides print-on-demand services to publishers. A former health care executive who joined Ingram Content in 1999 as Lightning Source controller, he has worked closely with Kerrigan for the past four years.
“Through all the challenges our industry has faced, Frank Kerrigan has been a steady constant in a swirl of change,” said CEO John Ingram. “We will miss him, but we are very fortunate to have Brian Dauphin waiting in the wings. The transition period in the months ahead will be a luxury that we’re fortunate to have.”
