Clarksville-based F&M Bank has promoted its mortgage operations manager to senior vice president and named three other managers vice presidents.
Denise Alexander (pictured) has been promoted to senior vice president of F&M Bank. Previously, she was vice president.
Yvonne Witzler, Rodney Wilds and Brian Maggart all have been promoted to VP. Witzler was previously assistant VP and manager of F&M’s mortgage office in Clarksville. Wilds is manager of F&M’s mortgage office in Brentwood and Brian Maggart manager of the bank’s Hendersonville mortgage office.
“Over the last three years, each of these individuals have worked incredibly hard and have taken a leadership initiative in positioning F&M as a high-profile resource for home loans throughout Middle Tennessee,” said President and CEO Sammy Stuard. “They have been instrumental in the rapid growth and success of the bank’s mortgage division, and are largely responsible for the recognition F&M Mortgage has received on a statewide level.”
F&M was recognized earlier this year by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for being on the agency’s guaranteed rural housing program list of top lenders in 2012. The bank has about $800 million in assets and mortgage lenders stationed in Montgomery, Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, Stewart, Robertson and Putnam counties.
