Murfreesboro apartments trade as part of $102.5M package

278-unit Vintage at The Parke now owned by privately held Florida company

A Florida company has acquired the 278-unit Vintage at The Parke in Murfreesboro as part of a four-complex $102.5 million purchase.

Carroll Organization, a privately held real estate company focused on multifamily investment, management and development, and its investment partner NorthStar Realty Finance bought properties in Florida and Georgia in addition to the Murfreesboro complex.

The per-unit price was $91,000, which would value the Rutherford County portion of the deal at $25.3 million.

The upper-end Vintage is 96 percent occupied, with its one-, two- and three-bedroom units including wood-burning fireplaces, high-end cabinetry, walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings.

The newly acquired properties will be rebranded under Carroll's "Arium" nameplate.
