Waller adds 17 attorneys

Firm strengthens core practice groups in Nashville, Birmingham offices

Waller today announced the addition of 17 attorneys to five practice groups.

The groups include corporate (one partner and four associates); finance and restructuring (two associates); healthcare (four associates); real estate (one of counsel and two associates); and trial and appellate (one partner and two associates).

Some of the attorneys were working with the firm prior to today’s announcement.

“Over the last few months, our roster of attorneys has become deeper and stronger than ever before as we continue to grow our core practice groups at Waller,” John Tishler, Waller chairman, said in a release.  “It is exciting to see that we are not only attracting attorneys from the best law schools in the Southeast, but also from iconic institutions like Harvard and Stanford. We look forward to their contributions and leadership as we continue to expand our firm here in Nashville and Birmingham.”

Corporate

Mark Folk (pictured) joins Waller as a partner with more than 25 years of experience. Previously, he was partner and co-chair of the healthcare department for Partner Shutts & Bowen, LLP, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Folk earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. from Harvard College.

G. Tyson Bickley joins as an associate. Bickley earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Alabama.

Brent Moreland joins as an associate practicing in corporate matters. Moreland earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Moreland also earned his B.S. from UT.

Trevor Sava joined the firm as an associate in 2012. Previously, Sava was an associate at McDonald Hopkins, LLC, in Cleveland. Sava earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School/Harvard University Law, his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and his B.S. from Auburn University.

Lin Ye joins as an associate. Previously, she was an associate at Butler Snow/Miller & Martin, LLC, in Nashville. Ye earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelor of Law and Masters of Law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Finance and Restructuring

Blake Roth joins Waller as an associate. Previously, Roth was an associate at Duane Morris, LLP, in Philadelphia. Roth earned his J.D. from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, and his B.A. from the University of Tennessee.

Dustin Timblin joins Waller as an associate. Previously, Timblin was an associate at Allen & Overy, LLP, in New York. Timblin earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.S. from Tennessee Technological University.

Health Care

Cory Brown joins as an associate. Previously, Brown was an associate at Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC, in Memphis. Brown earned his J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis,  his M.A. in linguistics from the University of Memphis and his B.S. from the University of Tennessee.

Caitlyn W. Davie joins  as an associate. Davie earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and her B.A. from California State University at Fullerton.

Mike Dreyfuss joins as an associate and a member of the health care regulatory team. Previously, Dreyfuss worked as an EMT and was a member of the U.S. Peace Corps. in Ghana, West Africa where he become a tribal sub-chief. Dreyfuss earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from James Madison University.

Kevin Page joins as an associate. Previously, Page was an associate at Wagner, Myers & Sanger, PC, in Knoxville. Page earned his J.D., from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his B.S. from Louisiana State University.

Real Estate

David P. Wright joins as an of counsel with the firm. Previously, Wright was an associate at Wagner, Myers & Sanger, PC, in Knoxville. Wright earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his B.B.A. in banking and managerial finance from the University of Mississippi.

Lida Greist joins Waller as an associate in the real estate practice group. Previously, Greist was an associate at Lewis, King, Krieg & Waldrop, PC, in Knoxville. Greist earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and B.A. from Kenyon College.

Erin Hughes joins as an associate. Previously, Hughes was an associate at Farris, Bobango, Branan, PLC, in Memphis and also worked real estate development. Hughes earned her J.D., from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at University of Memphis and a B.S. from the University of Tennessee.

Trial and Appellate

Rebecca Pritchett joins as a partner. She was formerly principal of Pritchett Environmental & Property Law LLC. Previously, Pritchett served as chair of the environmental practice at Sirote & Permutt, P.C. She earned her J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law and her B.S. in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Alexandra Lee joins as an associate. Previously, Lee represented clients in appeals to the Supreme Court of the United States and arbitrations, and managed lobbying efforts. Lee earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She earned her B.A. from Spelman College.

Todd Hambidge joins as an associate in the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice. He once worked as a senior associate at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, in New York. Hambidge earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from DePauw University.
