Harvest has the $1.8 million contract to rehab the sixth floor at Southern Hills Medical Center — a total of 16,789 square feet.

Panera on White Bridge

Panera Bread is the first announced tenant for the building at the former Calhoun's space on White Bridge Road. Shaub has the $259,000 contract.

GS&F in Cummins

Ad agency GS&F is preparing to move into 21,333 square feet on the first and second floors at Cummins Station. Tenant will do the $924,000 job.

Athleta to Green Hills

Women's athletic clothier Athleta is taking up space at The Mall at Green Hills after $411,000 in work from Burdg-Dunham.

Family Dollar on the North side

W.T. DuBois will build a 8,230-square-foot Family Dollar at 4001 Clarksville Pike in a $848,000 job. Not coincidentally, DuBois will raze the adjacent building. That demo permit comes in at $20,000.
