Fairfield in The Gulch

Robert S. Biscan & Co. has the $11.5 million contract to do a lot of the work on the eight-story, 126-unit Fairfield Inn & Suites coming to 901 Division St. courtesy of Vision Hospitality Group. Biscan's work on the project (pictured here) two doors down from the Terrazzo mixed-use tower includes a kitchen, lounge and pool.

Rose Construction has the $791,000 permit to rehab the showroom and bathrooms at Town & Country Ford on Anderson Lane.

Friday at the Mills

Belisle Construction will prep part of the food court at Opry Mills for a future TGI Friday's, which runs one of its four area restaurants in the mall. This part of the job will cost $35,000.

Regions at One Nashville

F&F will build a basement vault and a first-floor branch for Regions Bank in One Nashville Place, the new home of the lender's regional HQ. All told, the project comes in at $214,000.

New windows at Meharry and Metro General

PBG will install new windows at Meharry Medical College and Metro General Hospital in a $367,000 job.
