Worthy's Smith leaves for Reputation Advocate
Veteran Christian and inspirational content publisher Ron D. Smith has left Worthy Publishing to serve as president of Franklin-based Reputation Advocate, Inc.
Smith developed his reputation, in large part, as co-founder with Criswell Freeman of Freeman-Smith Publishing. Worthy bought Freeman-Smith in 2011 (read more here), opening the door for Smith’s departure to Reputation Advocate, which provides management, defense and suppression services designed to correct, protect and defend clients from inaccurate, inappropriate and embarrassing on-line search results..
"I couldn't be more excited," Smith said in a release. "I have looked for an opportunity to jump the gap into the new digital economy and this position fits me perfectly."
Smith will oversee Reputation Advocate’s global expansion and focus his initial efforts on marketing and distribution.
