Frost Brown Todd names two members

Restructuring specialist, former TNDP chair joined firm in '10 and '12, respectively

Regional law firm Frost Brown Todd has named Gray Sasser and Robin Bicket White members of the firm.

Sasser, a former chairman of the Tennessee Democratic Party, practices in Frost Brown Todd’s mergers and acquisitions group with a focus on international deals. Before joining the firm last year, he was senior vice president for Congressional affairs at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. A co-chair of Frost Brown Todd’s China desk, he also is an adjunct professor at Belmont University, where he has taught classes on the political economy of China and Asia.

White is a member in Frost Brown Todd’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice group. She joined the firm in the summer of 2010 from MGLAW, which last spring merged fully into Frost Brown Todd. She is a fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation and serves on the board of directors for the Tennessee Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute.

The local office of Frost Brown Todd, located in The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, is home to two dozen attorneys.
