The Jones Company names new CEO, CFO and ops veep

Stricker, Ellis and Pratt all move up

Ken Stricker has been promoted from CFO to CEO of The Jones Company of Tennessee and its affiliated companies, including fellow homebuilders Consort Homes in St. Louis.

Stricker, pictured on the left, joined the original Jones Company organization in St. Louis in 1994 and remained there as division president after the St. Louis division of the company was sold to Centex Homes in 2003. He then became president of Consort Homes in 2006 and has also been serving as CFO of both the St. Louis and Nashville operations.

With Stricker's promotion, Julie Ellis — the company's controller — has been promoted to CFO. She joined The Jones Company in 2004.

In addition, Perry Pratt has been promoted to VP of operations of The Jones Company. He joined the builder in 2004 and has been overseeing day-to-day operations since 2007.
