Commercial real estate firm Sperry Van Ness has added David Creed Jr. as senior advisor to its newly established Nashville office, company officials announced today.

Creed joins Sperry Van Ness from the Nashville office of Cassidy Turley, where he specialized in tenant representation. As senior advisor at Sperry Van Ness, he will concentrate on office tenant and buyer representation, leasing and investment sales.

“David’s drive is hard to come by,” said Anthony Lopes, managing director of Sperry Van Ness/Nashville. “He understands his client’s unique needs and his knowledge and passion for the commercial real estate industry allows him to consistently deliver.”

Creed is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics and finance. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, he worked in tenant representation for CB Richard Ellis in Memphis.

Sperry Van Ness' local office also houses Lopes and fellow Senior Advisor Stephen Graw.
