New assisted living in Antioch

Morgan Construction has the $12.9 million contract to build a three-floor, 96,000-square-foot assisted-living facility to be located at 4220 Murfreesboro Pike. The job includes 101 units.

Logan's run

The Clayton Group has a $250,000 contract to rehab Logan's Roadhouse's training facility located on Sidco Drive and a $50,000 contract to rehab 2,000 square feet of the company's corporate offices on nearby Armory Drive. The restaurant chain this week replaced CEO Tom Vogel.

Walmart rehab

The Walmart located on Edmonson Pike is getting $400,000 in interior work, presumably on some kind of door, as the contractor is Western Kentucky Door.

MOB, deep

Tenant Building Group has the $480,000 contract to rehab the fifth floor at Physician Park for Centennial Heart offices. Tenant also is getting $210,000 to rehab space for some anesthesia operations in the Centennial building at 330 23rd Ave. N.

Temporary use is still a use

Slagle has the $200,000 contract to use the former Macy's space at Hickory Hollow "to construct mock-up spaces" for a trade show in April.
