Paradigm Group has named Bob Dugan as its vice president.

Dugan (pictured) will help provide clients affordable health care and best-in-class retirement programs to their employees. He will also provide comprehensive, customized solutions to help employers and employees.

Previously, Dugan served as vice president at insurance firm Neace Lukens after building a practice at First Horizon Insurance.

Dugan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in risk management and insurance from Florida State University. He also holds a number of professional designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.

“Bob’s experience is going to serve our clients well,” Paradigm Group CEO Bob Levy said in a release. “He’s a seasoned professional, and he understands the challenges our clients face.”
