Call center operator IBEX Global has hired Ginni Goldsberry to be its chief human resources officer, a job she will do from the company's Spring Hill site.
Goldsberry joins Washington, D.C.-based IBEX after spending more than a decade at locally headquartered global player Sitel, which she left in the fall of 2011 as senior vice president and chief global HR services officer. Before that, she was a senior VP at the former AmSouth Bank, where she specialized in executive compensation.
"Ginni brings the right combination of broad human resource experience and demonstrated team-building skills to the IBEX organization," said IBEX CEO Steve Kezirian. "As we continue to invest in our people and client relationships, Ginni's capabilities in talent planning and organizational development will be invaluable."
Officials at IBEX this spring said they planned to hire hundreds to beef up their Spring Hill operation, which would lift their total local employment to almost 1,000. The company, then still known as TRG Customer Solutions, in 2011 opened its local office in the Northfield Building that had been part of General Motors' manufacturing campus.
