Pheasant Run, a 1970s-era 168-unit garden apartment complex located in Hendersonville, has changed ownership hands for $7.8 million.
PE Pheasant Run GP was the seller, while Tritex Real Estate Advisers Inc. was the buyer, according to a source with information regarding the transaction.
The deal is the equivalent of about $46,400 per unit.
Opened in 1973 and located at 231 New Shackle Island Road, Pheasant Run offers 84 one-bedroom units, 72 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units. (The below image courtesy of Google Maps shows the complex's entrance.)
Nashville-base The Kirkland Co., which specializes in transactions involving multi-family residential properties, brokered the deal.
