BABC names two partners
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has added two local attorneys to its partner ranks, effective Jan. 1.
Matthew Mattingly, on the right in our photo, counsels clients on matters involving commercial real estate, commercial lending transactions and general business issues. He focuses his practice on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate acquisition and development and commercial leases. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.
David Stempel advises companies on corporate governance issues and mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures as well as private equity and venture capital investments. He also has worked on debt and equity restructurings, leveraged buyouts and other transactions in multiple industries. Stempel earned his law degree in 2005 from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
“This is a significant, hard-earned, and well-deserved achievement for both of these individuals,” said BABC Chairman Beau Grenier. “They are talented attorneys who are dedicated to the legal profession and to providing superior client service.”
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings is home to more than 100 attorneys at its Music Row Roundabout offices. It has more than 440 attorneys in seven offices from Washington to Jackson, Miss.
