The human resources consulting firm and professional employer organization under the XMi Holdings umbrella has joined global coaching and leadership development firm OI Partners.

XMi Human Resource Solutions will keep its name and staff as part of its partnership with OI, which had been affiliated locally with Russell Montgomery & Associates since 1994. Bob McKown, president of XMi Human Resource Solutions, will serve as managing partner for XMi Human Resource Solutions/OI Partners.

XMi Human Resource Solutions was launched in 1989 as Benefit Staffing Inc. and has been under XMi’s wings since 1999. It handles back-office HR work for more than 1,000 workers in about 70 groups. The company also provides HR consulting, change and talent management, leadership development and outplacement services.

OI Partners was established in 1987 and now has about 100 offices in the United States and another 100 or so in 26 other countries.
