Three new members at Bass
Bass Berry & Sims has added attorneys Wendee Hilderbrand, Michael Holley and Price Wilson to its membership ranks.
Hilderbrand focuses her work on complex civil litigation and appeals. In 2011, she earned the Harris A. Gilbert Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from the Tennessee Bar Association for her representation of former death row inmate E.J. Harbison. She graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2004 and earned her bachelor’s from the University of Colorado.
Holley, middle in our photo, focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in classical studies and earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He also received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
Wilson works with clients on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, public company disclosure and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. He received his bachelor’s with a double major in history and economics from Vanderbilt in 2001. He graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2004.
