The Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty names director of sales and growth
Michelle Maldonado has been named director of sales and growth for The Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty.
In the newly created role, Maldonado (pictured) will ensure that the brand’s network of affiliates in Nashville are fully utilizing the Sotheby’s International Realty global marketing tools and programs and oversee sales activities, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic and performance goals. She also will be responsible for supporting the retention, growth and profitability of the company’s affiliates.
“There is no better candidate than Michelle Maldonado to lead our associates and position us for further growth,” Lawrence Lipman, company founder, said in a release. “She enjoys a long and distinguished track record as a sales director, where she developed and executed communication strategies, negotiated hundreds of sales contracts, and oversaw events and marketing efforts. This experience, combined with her inside knowledge of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and career as a top-producing real estate agent, uniquely qualifies her for this role.”
Maldonado is responsible for an average of $10 million annually in residential sales and will continue to sell. Concurrently, she has formed a partnership with Ryan Miller, formerly affiliated with Fridrich & Clark. Together they will brand the Miller Maldonado real estate team under The Lipman Group and Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella. Miller has focused on high-end urban homes while Maldonado has extensive high-rise condominium experience.
