VU grad joined national labor firm in 2006

Labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart has elected Wendy Miller a shareholder. The move brings to 10 the number of Nashville attorneys who hold that position in the firm.

Miller represents employers in both federal and state courts, concentrating her practice in employment litigation. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in mid-2006, she was law clerk to the Hon. Thomas T. Woodall of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and practiced with the local office of King & Ballow.

Miller earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University with a certificate of specialization in law and business.
