Alliance Hospitality Management has acquired Franklin-based GR Hospitality Group.

Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

Relatedly, Raleigh, N.C.-based Alliance has added Greg Presley, Joe Reardon and Bob Keating.

As former president, founder and owner of GR Hospitality Group, Presley (pictured) will serve Alliance as executive vice president of operations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, spanning more than 14 hotel brands.
