Littlejohn Engineering adds project manager
Littlejohn Engineering Associates announced today it has added Chuck Downham as a project manager in the firm’s Nashville office.
Formerly, Downham (pictured) served as a project director for Lend Lease, overseeing a $377 million military housing project at Forts Wainwright and Greely in Alaska. He also worked as a senior project manager for Looney Ricks Kiss Architects.
“With over 25 years of public and private sector experience, Chuck has an unmatched understanding of planning, design, strategic development, asset management, and project management for the most complex of projects,” Jim Littlejohn, LEA president, said in a release. “With his reputation for bringing effective solutions and innovative consensus-building to fruition, and his history of collaboration and leadership of cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, Chuck brings a unique value that immediately strengthens LEA’s ability to serve our clients, particularly in multi-discipline, master planning efforts for both private and public sector clients.”
Downham received a bachelor’s degree in urban geography and a master’s degree in planning from the University of Tennessee.
