Stites & Harbison adds health care service group member
Veteran health care regulatory attorney Jerry W. Taylor has joined the health care service group of Stites & Harbison as a member in the firm’s Nashville office.
Taylor (pictured) has 25 years of experience focusing his practice in the areas of health care, administrative law, government law and commercial real estate finance. Previously with Farris Bobango, Taylor has the highest peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell.
“We are extremely pleased to add someone of Jerry’s caliber to our health care practice,” Stephen Price, executive member for the Stites & Harbison Nashville office, said in a release. “Jerry’s experience in the industry will be a great asset to our clients in Nashville and firm wide.”
Taylor obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee. He was an assistant state attorney general from 1987 to 1992 and general counsel to the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission from 1992 to 1994.
Taylor is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American bar associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.
