The Publix in Bellevue is slated to have its deli updated. Construction Developers has the $27,000 job.

Things are O.K. at Kay Bob’s

Kay Bob’s Restaurant in Hillsboro Village is getting a deck for outdoor seating. S&A Constructors is handling the job for a $20,714 price tag.

Marriott to don a new cap

The Courtyard by Marriott located at 1901 West End Ave. will receive a new roof.  Core Roofing Systems will tackle the job for $263,058.

Rehabbing at HCA

The west side of the fourth floor in HCA Building II, located on the northern fringe of Centennial Park, is set for a rehab job. Harvest Construction Co. has the $1.35 million contract.

More work at Mall at Green Hills

Rehab work to Suite 316 in The Mall at Green Hills is underway for an Elaine Turner shop. The $225,000 job is being handled by James Agresta Carpentry Inc.

Golden Arches updates

The McDonald’s at 2806 Gallatin Pike is being renovated for $660,000. Lend Lease Construction has the contract for the undertaking.
