Former SunGard president joins Digital Reasoning board

Cristobal Conde to help Franklin company expand into financial services market

Digital Reasoning announced today that Cristóbal Conde — the former president and CEO of multinational software giant SunGard — has joined its board of directors.

Conde (pictured) will advise the Franklin-based company as it expands from serving the government and U.S. intelligence agencies and moves into the financial services market.

“As an industry leader in Financial Technology and a CEO of a global Fortune 500 software and services company, [Conde] brings an incredible amount of experience in the financial services and technology markets,” Tim Estes, CEO of Digital Reasoning, said in a release.

When Conde stepped down at SunGard in May 2011, the company had revenues of $5.6 billion, employed 26,000, was ranked No. 380 on the Fortune 500 list, and was the largest privately held business software and IT services company in the world.

Conde is a senior advisor to TPG Capital and Providence Equity Partners and serves as the executive chairman of True Office.
