Ingram at Belle Meade

Harvest Construction will rehab 12,449 square feet of office space at Ingram Industries' HQ in One Belle Meade Place. The project totals $1.1 million.

Add at St. Cecilia

The Priest House at St. Cecilia Academy will be 4,404 square feet larger after a $1 million project from Goodrum, which includes rehab on the existing structure.

Water and electric

Olympian has the $1.39 million contract to construct a new, two-story, 7,800-square-foot auxiliary electrical building at Metro Water's K.R. Harrington facility.

Aegis' new space

Southland will rehab 8,569 square feet at 336 Hill Ave. near the Interstate 24/40 split into a lab for drug testers Aegis Services. The project comes in at $1.5 million.

Public housing renovations

R.G. Anderson has the $1.8 million contract to renovate Edgefield Cottages, an eastside public housing development for seniors. The project is part of a larger rework of the complex that began in the summer of 2011.
