New ag building for TSU

Bell & Associates have the $6.425 million contract to build a three-story, 26,344-square-foot building for TSU's Center for Agriculture, Biotechnology and Biosecurity.

Pillsbury at AT&T

Harvest Construction will rehab 42,033 square feet on three floors of the AT&T Building for New York law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. The job totals $2.7 million. Pillsbury is establishing a Nashville presence after announcing in October 2011 its move to the city. The law firm announced in June it would set up shop in the AT&T Building.

White Bridge church add on

Solomon Builders will construct a four-story, 45,780-square-foot addition to West End Community Church on White Bridge Road. The project totals $8.11 million.

CGS space

Medicare administrators CGS will get new office space in Metro Center. A five-floor building at 2 Vantage Way will be rehabbed by Carter Group for $1.5 million.

Better signal at Bridgestone?

AT&T is upgrading its distributed antenna system at Bridgestone Arena, which the utility's officials say will improve cellular and data service inside 501 Broadway. Knestrick has the $400,000 job.
