Spectrum | Emery expands senior leadership team

Former Charlotte real estate industry pro to oversee company's management division

Spectrum | Emery today announced it has expanded its senior leadership team with the hiring of Trudy Dixon as director of property management.

Dixon (pictured) will oversee the Franklin-based company’s management division, including customer service, accounting and engineering, as well as specific buildings.

Dixon’s hiring comes on the heels of Spectrum | Emery’s recent groundbreaking on Franklin Park, a 71-acre mixed-use project featuring up to five Class A office towers, an on-site multi-family apartment building, retail space and “green amenities.”

“[Dixon] is a proven innovator in property management whose vast experience will be invaluable for our existing and new tenants across all properties,” Patrick G. Emery, president of Spectrum | Emery, said in a release.

Previously, Dixon worked for Spectrum Properties in Charlotte, N.C. as a senior property manager. She managed commercial high-rise office space in Charlotte totaling more than 500,000 square feet.

Dixon graduated cum laude from Queens University of Charlotte (formerly Queens College) with a B.A. degree in business administration.
