Apartments on Belcourt

Southland Constructors will build a three-story, 14,601-square-foot, 15-unit apartment building at 1700 Belcourt. The project, to be developed by Evergreen, is valued at $1.4 million.

Old Hickory church expansion

Perfecting Faith Ministries will add a 6,800-square-foot classroom addition to its campus at 13331 Old Hickory Blvd. near Interstate 24. Tenant has the $812,000 job.

Restaurant work at Parkview

Work is underway at Parkview Towers on space for Sardinia Enoteca, the Miami-based Italian restaurant opening its Nashville outpost. The Carden Company has the $500,000 contract.

MOB at Monroe Carell

Orion will do $993,000 in rehab work for some medical office space on the fifth floor on Monroe Carell Jr Children's Hospital.

Light on the details

The east side of the fourth floor of Building II at HCA's Park Plaza complex will be rehabbed. Harvest will do the $1.3 million job for the hospital giant.

Belle Meade United Methodist is getting $447,000 in exterior work from Midsouth, to include a new roof and "steeple rehab."

Big build at Bellevue Baptist

Solomon Builders will do more than $2.65 million in work at Bellevue Baptist on Highway 70. The work includes a two-story addition to Building A totaling 13,500 square feet and a 2,210-square-foot addition Building B. There are also expansions to the church's parking lots on tap. According to the filing, the church will convert an existing residence on one of its tracts into administrative space, but that work is not included in this filing.
