CBRE adds program manager for its global client services program
Fiona Haulter has joined the Nashville office of CBRE as program manager for the company’s global client services/global change management program.
Haulter has more than 10 years of experience related to commercial real estate development planning, land planning, urban design and construction, working with private and public clients. In her new role, Haulter will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams as they implement outsourcing solutions for CBRE’s corporate clients.
“We have worked with Fiona on several projects during her tenure with Gresham, Smith and Partners,” Tom Frye, managing director of CBRE’s Nashville office, said in a release. “It would be very appropriate to say that we have been impressed with her technical proficiency and the composure she has exhibited while working with clients.”
A licensed professional engineer and a LEED accredited professional, Haulter was recently named a Nashville Emerging Leader Award winner in the category of architecture, engineering and construction. Earlier this year, she was named the 2012 Developing Leader of the Year in the non-broker category by the Middle Tennessee Chapter of NAIOP.
Haulter is a graduate of Indiana University with a master’s degree in business administration and a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
