Indigo upgrades

Six floors of the Hotel Indigo on Union — that would be the one not getting a new name — will be rehabbed. Pro Construction has the $2.5 million contract.

West side apartments

John Coleman Hayes, the man behind The West End condo project, has pulled a $2 million permit to build apartments at 51st Avenue and Delaware. The two-story building will have 16 two-bedroom units.

City Center's new lot

R.C. Mathews has the $12.3 million contract to build a new underground parking garage as part of the Nashville City Center's on-going upgrades.

Rue 21 at Nashville West

Clothing purveyor Rue 21 is coming soon to Nashville West. A $5,000 sign permit was issued this week to Signmasters for the store.

New restaurant on Fifth

The former home of Wild Bill's at 104 Fifth Ave. S. — across from Bridgestone Arena — is getting rehab work for its new life as a new restaurant. Craftlogic has the $50,000 job.

Heavy equipment, heavy lifting

Bomar has the $2.25 million contract to build a new office and shop for H&E Equipment. The project comes in at 24,000 square feet.
