Reliant partners with Franklin money managers
Reliant Bank has teamed up with a Franklin investment advisor to market retirement planning services to its customers.
Officials at six-year-old Reliant say the partnership with Beacon Financial Group brings together two locally owned companies with similar values. Beacon is a partnership founded in 2005 by Pete Benson and Jon Maxson that is home to about 10 people and manages $40 million for about 300 clients.
“We are thrilled to partner with Reliant Bank to serve their customers with their financial planning, investment, and insurance needs,” said Benson. “Reliant Bank is a ‘people first’ bank and we’ve noticed already how they know their customers by name and give high quality service. It’s going to be a great fit and terrific partnership.”
Reliant, which is run by former Regions executive DeVan Ard, posted a first-half profit of almost $1.1 million in the first half of this year. It has assets of about $370 million.
