IHOP on Elliston
The restaurant space at Elliston Place and Louise Avenue will become an IHOP, the seventh in Middle Tennessee and the first inside the Interstate 440 loop. (There used to be a location at Broadway and 21st Avenue.) Derek Engineering has the $5,600 interior demolition permit.
Townhomes at Nashboro
Bacar Construction pulled 68 permits totalling more than $8.05 million to build townhomes — 64 1,240 square-foot units and four 783 square-footers — in Glencrest at Nashboro Village.
Metro Water's Bordeaux digs
Olympian has the $3.1 million contract to build a new facility on County Hospital Road for Metro Water Services. The project comes in at 14,985 square feet.
Pine Street gets a pool
The Gulch's Pine Street Flats apartments will include a pool. The project's joint venture pulled a $183,000 permit for that bit of work.
Oh good, more fedoras
Mark Mihaci will finish out space at 725 Porter Road for "East Nashville Hattery." The project totals $2,000.
