Storecrafters has the $187,000 permit to prep 2,197 square feet for Brooks Brothers at The Mall at Green Hills, one of the chain's two local locations.

Charge up

National Resource Management will install electric car charging stations in the state employee parking lot on Harrison Street, near Bicentennial Mall. The project totals $250,000.

Signal callers

Phoenix of Tennessee will upgrade AT&T equipment at LP Field, adding a distributed antenna system, hardware designed to boost cell signals in facilities like stadiums and arenas. The project comes in at $198,000.

Coffee at Encore

A coffee shop is being sought to occupy 1,250 square feet of the ground floor at Encore. DWC has the $88,000 contract to prep the space for prospective tenants.

Goodwill in Donelson

More than 20,000 square feet at 2731 Lebanon Road in Donelson will become a Goodwill. Branch Building will do the $400,000 in work.
