Permit Patrol: 6 July 2012

Parallon at MetroCenter, small work at Fifth Third, a vague future tenant, and more...

That's logistics

Parallon Supply Chain is getting office upgrades at MetroCenter. The second floor at 245 Great Circle (pictured here) will get almost $1.4 million in work from Harvest Construction. It's not clear if the HCA business services subsidiary has signed a new lease or if it already was in that space. A call to HCA officials was not returned prior to publication.

Better credit union at Vanderbilt

American Constructors will rehab the Vanderbilt University Credit Union at 1313 21st Ave. S. The job comes in at $359,000.

Fifth Third fixes
