Boyle Investment group has inked three tenants for its 5000 Meridian building in Cool Springs. Combined, the companies will take up about a fifth of the new building's space.

Brentwood Capital Advisors has taken 7,685 square feet, Skanska 11,788 and M*Modal 19,488 in the seven-story building, set for an August delivery. The 177,000-square-foot, Class A project the first spec building in Cool Springs since 2006.

"We have been very pleased with the amount of leasing activity and inquiries at 5000 Meridian, and feel grateful that we were able to take advantage of such great timing with this building in terms of construction and leasing. The market has definitely responded positively," Boyle marketing director Shelby Larkin said.
