Stites & Harbison has recruited Ken Bryant to its downtown office as a member.
Bryant was previously the leader of the transportation practice group at Miller & Martin, the firm that has been decimated locally this year. At Stites, he has joined the business litigation service group and will focus on general business litigation while also working on cases in the transportation sector, class actions and financial institutions litigation.
“Ken Bryant is a great addition to the Nashville Business Litigation Service Group and to the firm overall,” said Stephen Price, office executive member for the Nashville office, which is home to almost 50 attorneys. “We are delighted to have Ken join the firm.”
Bryant earned his J.D. from University of Tennessee School of Law in 1987 and his bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in 1982. He is the vice chairman of the Conference of Freight Counsel, the Southern Motor Carriers Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association.
