Document Solutions picks project manager
Document Solutions has hired Deborah Kelley as project manager.
Kelley comes to DSi from Nashville law firm Bass, Berry & Sims, where she was a litigation technology analyst. She began her career as a paralegal with law firms in Owensboro, Ky., and Nashville.
Kelley earned her degree in paralegal studies from Jefferson Community College.
Lipscomb Academy hires principal
Lipscomb Academy has recruited veteran Harding Academy teacher Jonathan Sheahen to be its new elementary school principal.
Two years ago, Sheahen was one of 85 teachers nationally whom President Barack Obama honored with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Last year, Sheahen received Harding Academy’s Ed and Hattie Stuart Spirit Award as Teacher of the Year. He also has served as a teacher and advisory team member for the Vanderbilt Program for Talented Youth.
Airport Authority adds SVP
Doug Kreulen has joined the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority as senior vice president for operations, maintenance and public safety.
Kreulen comes from Huntsville International Airport, where he had served as the director of operations since 2008. Previously, he served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 26 years in a variety of positions.
Kreulen earned a bachelor’s degree at Auburn University and master’s degree from Troy State University and the National War College.
BWS&C names CFO
Jason Hill has joined engineering and architectural firm Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon as chief financial officer.
Hill replaces Tom Allen, the firm’s former CFO, who retired after working with Barge Waggoner for 26 years.
Most recently, Hill served as finance and administration director at Memphis-based design firm Allen & Hoshall. He also served on the firm’s board of directors.
Hill received a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting, both from the University
Balfour Beatty hires VP of operations
Balfour Beatty Construction has hired Bob Kiger to serve as vice president of operations, overseeing the company’s Nashville office. In this role, Kiger will manage current relationships and pursue other strategic clients.
Kiger spent 11 years with Balfour Beatty Construction from 1995 to 2006. He has 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Kiger holds a degree in construction management from Purdue University.
LBM&C adds administrative assistant
Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain has added Carrie R. Wilson as an administrative assistant in the firm’s Brentwood accounting and assurance services department.
Wilson brings more than 15 years of experience and most recently worked as a regional assistant for Wal-Mart. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
