Nashville–based DCI Donor Services Inc. has named Brandi Smith as director of Bridge2Life, a call center that handles donor consent and referrals for locations in California, New Mexico and Tennessee.

Smith will provide leadership in developing strategies to ensure customer service and satisfaction.

“Brandi’s extensive experience in call center operations provides a high level of confidence that DCI Donor Services, Inc. will grow and thrive with her as part of our team,” Jill Maxfield Grandas, corporate executive director of DCIDS, said in a release. “Her track record of managing staff, ensuring processes and performance will undoubtedly serve us well as she leads Bridge2Life.”
