Harry Jacobson to head ICA board
Dr. Harry Jacobson has been appointed chairman of the board of ICA, a provider of care management and health information exchange technology.
Jacobson (pictured here) was a faculty member at Vanderbilt University Medical School for 25 years. He led Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1997 to 2009 as vice chancellor for health affairs.
He also has broad investment experience. Jacobson currently serves as chairman of MedCare Investment Funds and as a principal in TriStar Technology Ventures, a TNInvestco fund that invests in early stage health care companies. He also is a founder and managing partner of Health Care Investment Group.
In addition, ICA has appointed three new board members from Vanderbilt University: Alan R. Bentley, Christopher Harris and Kenneth G. Holroyd.
