Asurion's big job at Ragland, Epiphone's upgrades, and more...

Asurion at Ragland

Work is underway for Asurion's new offices in Second Avenue's Ragland Building. R.C. Mathews has won the $7 million job, which will prepare space for some 500 workers.

Epiphone offices

Holladay will finish out more than 82,000 square feet — of which 63,000 square feet is warehouse space — for the Epiphone division of Gibson Guitar. The renovations to 1510 Elm Hill Pike total $2.7 million.

New restaurant in Germantown

Rolf & Daughters restaurant will open at 700 Taylor St., in the Werthan Lofts complex, after $349,000 in work from Wenger. Total space is 2,192 square feet.

Centennial's CCU upgrades

The fifth floor at Centennial Medical Center is getting $510,000 in work from Specialized Construction for use as a critical care unit.
