The folks behind the proposed downtown Johnny Cash museum look to be starting work. Bacon will rehab 797 square feet at 119 Third Ave. S. for the facility's gift shop. Permit totals $25,000.
Film firm at Marathon
Foreward LLC film production company is taking 5,000 square feet at Marathon Village. Carbine & Associates has the $250,000 job.
MDHA rehab
R.G. Anderson will rehab six buildings of MDHA's Gernert Studio Apartments at 12th and Horton. The project comes in at $1.8 million.
Marriot fixes
As the hotel building arms race continues, the downtown Courtyard by Marriott is rehabbing its ballroom, lobby, meeting rooms and fitness center. The Continental Contractors job totals $331,000.
