DSi makes move into Carolinas
Booming e-discovery firm Document Solutions Inc. has opened an office in Charlotte, N.C., adding to its regional network and taking aim at both Carolinas.
The 13-year-old company, which also has outposts in Knoxville and Cincinnati, has recruited Cary Tapscott as senior e-discovery consultant and head of its Charlotte office. Tapscott (pictured) comes to DSi from Baxter Healthcare in Columbia, S.C., where he was a pharmacy specialist accountable for more than $9 million in annual sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Tennessee, and he completed his cultural diversity practicum with Eastern Washington University.
“We’re excited to have Cary join our team. He’ll be a great asset to our company,” said DSi President Tom Turner. “Our clients will benefit from Cary’s combination of energy, experience and market knowledge as we continue to expand in the Carolinas.”
Downtown-based DSi can support e-discovery collections anywhere in the world and markets printing, scanning and computer forensics services in more than 250 cities.
