Bass adds to Nashville ranks
Bass Berry & Sims has added two attorneys to the labor and IP groups in its Nashville office.
Kelly Lineberger (on the right in our photo) is joining the firm’s labor and employment practice as an associate and will counsel clients in the areas of wage-and-hour law and with issues related to hiring, disciplining and terminating employees. She earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University and received a B.A from the University of North Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Lineberger practiced at Winston & Strawn in Charlotte, N.C.
Martha Allard will work as a staff attorney with the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice. Allard has more than 10 years of experience counseling clients in all aspects of IP law, including trademark selection, prosecution and enforcement. She earned her law degree from Western New England College School of Law and, prior to joining Bass, practiced at local IP specialists Waddey & Patterson until 2007, when she left to raise her children.
