Highway 12 Motorsports will open a facility on Ashland City Highway. Thomas Anderson will built the 17,390-square-foot facility for $947,000.

Hawkins Development will install two 30,000-gallon liquid petroleum tanks for Trinity Gas at 735 Hickory Industrial Drive. The project totals $742,000.
Sushi on White Bridge
Chef Yang's Chinese restaurant in the Lion's Head Village shopping center is converting to Sushi Train. The Winners Group has the $60,000 deal.
Dorm teardown
Brasfield & Gorrie will demolish six Vanderbilt dorms at the corner of 21st and West End avenues for $600,000. Two new buildings will replace the felled structures.
