California real estate firm plants Midstate flag
Nearly 50 residential real estate agents in Murfreesboro are getting new business cards.
Prudential Rowland Real Estate in Murfreesboro will soon become the first Tennessee franchisee of California's Intero Real Estate. It is Intero's first expansion east of the Mississippi and the company's 44th franchise. The company was founded in Silicon Valley in 2002 and is now home to more than 2,000 agents.
"We are excited to extend the Intero brand across the Mississippi," said Gino Blefari, Intero's president and CEO. "We go where we find people who are the right fit for the Intero brand because they have the same values and believe in the culture we’ve created. In Murfreesboro, we found those people."
Prudential Rowland brings 48 agents, though Intero said the office will grow. Intero Middle Tennessee, which will focus on the luxury market, including Green Hills and Williamson County, is owned by Mark Rowland and managed by Don Day.
