Oklahoma-based Exodus HR Group has opened an office in Brentwood, with Dan Telford to serve as regional director of the company's Tennessee operations.

Mike Edmonds, Exodus HR Group chief executive officer, said the company’s vision included a Nashville-area presence.

“We focus on building our business with the right people and clients,” Edmonds said in a release. “Dan Telford joining our team and our relationships in the Nashville area make this a great opportunity for our company."

Telford (pictured here) served for more than 10 years as business development manager for a human resources staffing organization in Dallas, launching its products and services in the Middle Tennessee market. Telford was also district sales manager for a professional employer organization in Little Rock, Ark., for 13 years. He holds licensure in Arkansas and Tennessee for life, health and disability insurance products.

Exodus HR Group provides human resources solutions regarding government regulation compliance; processing payroll and taxes; liability management; supervisory training; calculating, collecting and paying employment-related vendors; and benefit plan administration.

The Brentwood office, located in Maryland Farms, is the company’s first outside its Oklahoma headquarters in Durant.
